Refund & Returns Policy
Voce Lindx (a trading name of Voce Lindx Ltd, company number 14321565) creates made-to-order, print-on-demand products. Because each item is produced individually for you when you order, this policy explains your rights and our responsibilities for returns, refunds and replacements. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (your statutory right)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged or you receive the wrong product, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the item and clear photos of the issue. Please wait for our authorisation before returning anything, as some items do not need to be sent back. We cover all postage costs for valid faulty or incorrect claims.
2. Standard (non-personalised) items – change of mind
For standard, non-personalised items you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, for any reason. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel, then return the item unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of telling us, including your order number or invoice. The customer covers the return postage for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will refund it (including the original standard delivery cost) to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Personalised & made-to-specification items
Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to your specification (for example, items with custom names, text or bespoke designs). These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size or colour by mistake. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect items (Section 1) still apply in full.
4. Sizing
As our products are made to order, please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Standard non-personalised items can be returned under Section 2 if the size is wrong; personalised items cannot be exchanged for sizing unless they are faulty.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of ordering. Because items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
6. Failed or unclaimed deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can resend it once any additional postage is paid. Original delivery charges are non-refundable in these cases.
7. How to start a return or claim
Email us at vocelindx@gmail.com with your order number and details (and photos for faulty or incorrect items). We will confirm the next steps and, where a return is needed, provide the correct returns address. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.
