About Lindx — how we operate

Lindx is an online-only retailer. We do not operate a physical shop, and the address below is our registered office — it is not open to the public and we are unable to accept collections or returns in person. Most items are made to order after you buy: printed, sewn or engraved by our production partners, then dispatched directly to you with tracking. Our crystals and wellbeing range is held in stock by a UK supplier and is available for UK delivery only. This is why our delivery timings are set out by product type in our Shipping Policy. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and Portugal.

Before you contact us — quick answers

Where is my order? You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's dispatched. Full production and delivery timings by product type are in our Shipping Policy and on the Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times page.
Returns & refunds: standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items are made to your specification and are exempt from change-of-mind returns — but if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll always replace or refund it. Details in our Refund & Return Policy.
Personalised orders: engraved gifts are made and dispatched within 1 business day. If you spot a mistake in your personalisation, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before production starts.
Payment and pricing: all prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. UK delivery is free on every order; for other countries, delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay, as well as Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us at vocelindx@gmail.com with the subject "Complaint" and your order number. We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
