a. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our website and make purchases. By using our website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

b. Account Creation. Creating an account is optional but may give you a more personalised shopping experience. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

c. Product Information. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, prices and availability. Slight variations in colour and finish may occur, particularly for made-to-order and personalised items. We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue products without prior notice.

d. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

 • violate any applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights;

 • use our website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;

 • interfere with the operation of our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

 • engage in any fraudulent, misleading or deceptive activity; or

 • upload or transmit any viruses, malware or harmful code.

e. Intellectual Property. All content on lindx.uk — including text, images, designs, artwork, logos and trademarks — is owned by Voce Lindx Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without our prior written permission.

Many of our products are made to order, and some are personalised with your own text, photo or engraving. Please review your order carefully — including size, colour and any personalisation details — before completing your purchase.

Personalised items (engraved, or with your own text, photo or artwork) are made to your specification and, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once production has begun, except where faulty.

Made-to-order items that are not personalised (our print-on-demand range) keep your statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery. Production begins shortly after you order and may not be stoppable, but your right to cancel and return the item after delivery is unaffected.

a. Product Availability. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund for that item.

b. Pricing and Payment. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are the final price you pay — no additional taxes are added at checkout for UK orders. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept a range of payment methods. You are responsible for providing accurate, valid payment information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion; if we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

c. Order Confirmation. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email confirms we’ve received your order but does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items to you.

d. Taxes and Customs. For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees. These vary by destination and product. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

a. Shipping Methods. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected, and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

b. Order Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide a tracking number where available so you can follow your shipment. Tracking may not be available for all methods or destinations.

c. Delivery Delays. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by such factors.

We offer returns as set out in our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that page for our return process, eligibility and refund procedures. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

a. Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our website or the purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

b. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

c. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voce Lindx Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect once posted on our website. By continuing to use our website after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
