We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and Portugal. Every order is made for you after you place it, so the times below include production.
- Made-to-order items (clothing, drinkware, bags, cushions and accessories) — United Kingdom 4–8 business days; United States 6–12; Spain and Portugal 5–12. All-over-print items are produced outside the United Kingdom and sit at the longer end of these ranges.
- Personalised engraved gifts — engraved and dispatched within 1 business day. United Kingdom Standard Tracked 3–4 working days; Spain and Portugal 5–7 working days; United States approximately 3–5 business days. Express and next-working-day services are available at checkout.
- Crystals and wellbeing — United Kingdom only. Dispatched within 1–2 working days, then 2–5 working days in transit — 3–7 working days in total. Between October and December, dispatch may take 3–4 working days.
UK delivery is free on every order — including Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, the islands, Northern Ireland and British Forces addresses. There is no UK delivery surcharge of any kind. Delivery to the United States, Spain and Portugal is calculated at checkout.

Returns information
Made-to-order items — you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, including the standard outbound delivery charge.
Personalised items — engraved watches and gifts, and any product where you add your own text, name, handwriting, photo or artwork — are made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 these are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.
None of this affects your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. We accept returns from all four countries we deliver to. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Where we ship
We currently ship to four countries: the United Kingdom, the United States, Portugal and Spain.
UK delivery is free on every order — including Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, the islands, Northern Ireland and British Forces addresses. There is no UK delivery surcharge of any kind.
United Kingdom
Timings depend on what you ordered, because each range is produced and dispatched differently. All estimates below are working days and are counted from when you place the order, unless stated otherwise.
- Made-to-order items (print-on-demand clothing, drinkware, bags, cushions and accessories): 4–8 working days in total, production included.
- Personalised engraved gifts (watches and keepsakes): engraved and dispatched within 1 working day, then 3–4 working days on our free Standard Tracked service. Faster paid options are available at checkout.
- Crystals and wellbeing items (crystals, pendulums, singing bowls and tingsha): held in stock by our UK supplier and dispatched within 1–2 working days, then 2–5 working days in transit to UK mainland — so 3–7 working days in total. Between October and December the supplier's dispatch time rises to 3–4 working days, which makes it 5–9 working days in total.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles: crystals and wellbeing orders to these areas take up to 5 working days in transit after dispatch, and remote-area services can occasionally take longer than that. Delivery is still free and every order is tracked — we will email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
United States
Delivery is calculated at checkout. Typical delivery for made-to-order items: 6–12 business days.
Portugal and Spain
Delivery is calculated at checkout. Typical delivery for made-to-order items: 5–12 business days.

Made-to-order items are printed, cut and sewn on demand — production time is already included in the estimates above. Crystals and wellbeing items are available for UK delivery only, because they ship from a UK warehouse; this is shown on the product page. If your country is not listed above, we are not able to deliver to you at the moment.
